Siaya County Members of the Cabinet were in Monday taken on a conducted tour of the new Emergency and Accident Unit at the Siaya Teaching and Referral Hospital ahead of the launch by Governor James Aggrey Bob Orengo.
The amazing tour was conducted by the CECM Health Dr. Martin K’Onyango.
