Siaya County’s political temperature rose a notch after County Secretary and Head of Public Service Joseph Ogutu rallied more than 300 youths from across all sub-counties, calling on them to firmly back Governor James Orengo’s Nyalore administration and its ambitious development blueprint.
In a high-energy engagement that blended governance, politics and youth empowerment, Ogutu — a seasoned administrator serving his second consecutive tenure as County Secretary — praised young people for standing by the county leadership and playing an active role in shaping Siaya’s development trajectory.
