Vincent Junior JaSkuma is uniquely positioned to be the transformative leader Ugenya needs in the 2027 parliamentary elections. His leadership goes beyond politics; it is a profound commitment to serving the people with humility, inclusivity, and a demonstrated record of tangible community impact.
JaSkuma’s servant-leadership ethos emphasizes walking alongside constituents rather than ruling over them. This people-first approach is evident in his innovative grassroots initiatives, such as the revolutionary table banking program for widows and marginalized women. By facilitating collective savings and accessible, low-interest loans without collateral, JaSkuma fosters economic independence, dignity, and entrepreneurial spirit among women, who then reinvest in their families and local economies. This program helps dismantle cycles of poverty and builds resilient social support networks across Ugenya.
Building on this foundation, JaSkuma helped establish the Ugenya Fresh Community Development Sacco, launched in May 2025. This formal financial institution expands access to regulated savings and credit, strengthening economic resilience at the constituency-wide level with transparent and community-driven governance. Through these financial empowerment tools, JaSkuma has ignited entrepreneurship and boosted job creation, supporting over 300 stable jobs through his Vincent Junior (VJ) programs. His initiatives also emphasize sustainable agriculture, notably the “Sukuma Dala Ka Dala” program, which introduces modern farming methods to enhance food security and livelihoods in Ugenya.
Committed to social development, JaSkuma covers school fees for hundreds of vulnerable children, championing education as a critical pathway to breaking poverty. His leadership focus on youth empowerment, capacity building in financial literacy, and entrepreneurship training nurtures skills and social capital necessary for long-term community sustainability.

Vincent’s comprehensive development vision addresses Ugenya’s pressing challenges: agricultural revitalization, clean water access, improved healthcare infrastructure, and youth employment. His plans to introduce modern farming subsidies and expand water projects aim to improve living standards and economic stability. By fostering partnerships with local businesses, JaSkuma envisions reducing youth unemployment, currently estimated at around 30%, and stimulating vibrant economic growth.
JaSkuma’s campaign slogan, “humble, honest, human-first,” is more than rhetoric—it is a lived reality rooted in transparent, accountable, community-centered leadership. His visible engagement, mentorship of emerging leaders, and insistence on grassroots ownership of projects build strong trust and shine a light on a new kind of democratic leadership grounded in service.
For a constituency that has long grappled with underdevelopment and governance challenges, Vincent Junior JaSkuma represents hope, integrity, and effective leadership. His proven record of delivering tangible change positions him as the best candidate to lead Ugenya toward a future of resilience, equity, and broad-based prosperity.
Electing JaSkuma is a vote for transformative servant leadership—leadership that serves, uplifts, listens, and acts decisively to create inclusive development and lasting social impact. Ugenya deserves no less than this visionary leader to carry its aspirations forward in 2027 and beyond.
