ADVERTISEMENT The war on narcotics has intensified after Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) detectives netted a major drug trafficker and seized bhang worth approximately Sh11.6 million in a series of coordinated operations across Nakuru and Keiyo South.
In Nakuru, ANU detectives, working closely with officers from the Police Dog Unit, acted on credible intelligence to intercept a silver Toyota Voxy (registration KBN 486Z) along the busy Kabarak–Nakuru Road. The operation dealt a significant blow to an illicit drug supply chain targeting urban and peri-urban markets.
