Residents in parts of Nairobi and Kisumu should brace for hours without electricity after announced scheduled outages on Sunday, February 15.
In a public notice issued Saturday, the national electricity distributor said the planned interruptions are necessary to facilitate routine maintenance works aimed at improving service reliability.
