ADVERTISEMENT A wave of chilling violence has gripped Siaya County, with gangsters targeting vulnerable night watchmen in a series of savage attacks that have left two men dead and communities living in fear.
In the latest gruesome discovery, the mutilated torso of a man believed to be a private security guard was found dumped on the banks of a stream in Ndori, Siaya County. Police recovered the body along with a severed piece of hand, but the head, both arms, and legs remain missing. Authorities suspect the victim was killed elsewhere before his remains were callously discarded in the waterway.
