ADVERTISEMENT A man accused of masquerading as a powerful State House insider to extort millions from a senior government official has been arraigned before the Milimani Anti-Corruption Court in Nairobi.
Omosira Osumo on Monday pleaded not guilty before Senior Principal Magistrate Hon. C. A. Okore to three criminal counts, including personating a public officer and bribery.
