Engineer Nicolas Gumbo had the pleasure of meeting with the Ng’uono Women’s group in Pedo village, located in Siger sub location, West Asembo Location, West Asembo Ward, Rarieda constituency. The purpose of the visit was to assess the progress of their group table banking activities, which were initiated a year ago to help boost their income. The findings from this engagement confirm that when empowered, the women and youth of Siaya County demonstrate significant potential and ability to excel in business. To acknowledge their commendable efforts, an additional Ksh. 100,000 was contributed to further support their account and foster group empowerment. This direct intervention underscores a clear strategy for economic upliftment, one that Engineer Nicolas Gumbo has consistently pursued as he positions himself as the best candidate for Siaya County Governor in 2027.
