A renewed wave of hope swept through Nyalula Primary School in Central Alego Ward after the Walter Okelo Mentorship Program (WOMP) delivered a significant consignment of textbooks, marking a bold step in tackling the chronic shortage of learning materials in rural Siaya.
The initiative, led by Siaya senatorial aspirant and WOMP patron Walter Okelo, is part of a wider countywide campaign that will see over 4,000 textbooks distributed to learners in underserved schools.
