Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami is heading to the White House—potentially setting up a blockbuster meeting with President Donald Trump just months after rival Cristiano Ronaldo’s visit.

The Herons will storm the iconic D.C. landmark on March 5 to toast their 2025 MLS Cup victory, a White House official confirmed. It’s the ultimate American sports tradition for champions, last claimed by Columbus Crew in 2024.
