Siaya County Secretary Joseph Ogutu has sent out a warm congratulatory message to members of the Siaya County College and University Students Association (SICOCUSA) for being appointed to a committee set up by President Dr William Samoei Ruto to spearhead national dialogue.
The committee will capture and shape ideas that affect Kenyan youth countrywide and present recommendations to the president.

“I take this moment, in my capacity as the Patron of the Siaya County College and University Students Association (SICOCUSA), and on behalf of H.E. James Orengo , the Governor of Siaya County, to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the SICOCUSA leadership team, led by President Mr. Derick Oginga, for their continued demonstration of visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to youth empowerment.
I am also pleased to officially congratulate the following outstanding members of SICOCUSA on their recent appointment to serve in the ACSAP-Kenya National Youth Dialogue Committee:

This prestigious appointment to the 150-member National Youth Dialogue Committee is a testament to their dedication, competence, and the growing national recognition of SICOCUSA’s role in youth leadership. The Committee’s work—culminating in a final report to be presented to H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto , the President of the Republic of Kenya—will be instrumental in capturing and shaping ideas and recommendations that affect the youth, both in Siaya and across the nation.
Under my patronage, SICOCUSA continues to play a pivotal role in empowering young leaders, fostering youth inclusion in governance, and creating meaningful platforms for policy engagement at all levels.
