Chief Officer Governance, Administration and ICT Walter Okelo in the company of the Director George Okelo on Wednesday morning participated in a radio broadcast to highlight some of the important sectors to be showcased in the upcoming Devolution Conference.
On Thursday 3rd July 2025 at the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Stadium in Siaya a mock exhibition of the main event will take place.
The pre-exhibition conference ahead of the devolution conference aimed at creating awareness and call for innovative business ideas and creativity that has transformed livelihoods and increased social justice for the great people of Siaya.
In addition, the exhibition will showcase various development milestones of the County Government under the able leadership of Governor James Aggrey Bob Orengo’s administration.
The exhibits will have a bearing on how certain innovative programs have positively impacted the lives of the residents of Siaya.
The duo expressed the willingness by the County Government to better the lives of the residents in critical development agendas such as healthcare, agricultural production, early childhood education, infrastructural development, creation of industries among other agenda specific to the Nyalore Manifesto.
The focus of the exhibition will be to spur economic stimulus packages to better the lives of the residents of Siaya.
In attendance during the radio talkshow was the Director of Public Communication Chrispine Omondi and his crack team of media personnel.
The brilliant show was hosted at the broadcast department of the Directorate of Public Communication, County Government of Siaya.
